As qualified perinatal and MenoFit-trained instructors (and mums ourselves), we understand the unique needs and challenges of the peripartum period and menopausal stages. That’s why we've created specialist classes to support women during these significant life chapters—and beyond.
Our postpartum Mama & Mini classes offer a safe space for you to prioritise self-care and well-being while exercising alongside your little. Whether you're looking to rebuild and reconnect with your body after childbirth or simply seeking a supportive community to begin your fitness journey, we've got you!
We also offer specialist classes for pregnancy and menopause, designed to help you stay strong, stable, and confident through these transitions and beyond.
We take pride in our small, dedicated team of highly qualified instructors. Our certifications include, Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 Pre and Postnatal Exercise, SlingSmart Baby Wearing Peer Support, BuggyBeat, MenoFit training, First Aid for Fitness and Dance, and DBS checked.
